Meet the Team

Hi, my name is Jacob, and I am the third-generation owner of Marr’s Heating. I started working in the family business when I was 10 years old, doing small things like sorting screws and sweeping the floors. Over the years I have had the opportunity to work in every department which gives me a unique perspective as the current owner. When I’m not working, I enjoy riding dirt bikes up in the mountains and sitting by a warm fire.

Hi, my name is Brandon, I am originally from British Columbia but live in Bellingham as a dual citizen. From a young age I have been obsessed with motorcycles, bikes, and mechanics. During the winter you can find me up at Mt. Baker or flying to warmer climates. My current goal is to visit Italy and gain 10lbs from wine and pasta. I am deeply proud to work at Marr’s Heating as the best HVAC professionals in the NW. I find a lot of joy in solving complicated problems in town.

Hi, my name is Harwin, I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. I came to the United States in 2001, and quickly fell in love with Washington State. I enjoy working in HVAC Service because it allows me to take care of our customers’ needs. Whether it is simple or complex issues, I find sincere personal fulfillment in knowing that I can be of help. Outside of work, I spend my time with my friends and family. I have fun working out, practicing combat sports, or cruising the country roads in my 1970 Chevelle. I also enjoy eating an entire family size pizza while watching action movies or documentaries about WWII.

Hi, my name is Brendan, and I love riding dirt bikes. Outside of work I like to tinker on things-cars, dirt bikes, RC cars, and other small gadgets. I'm a big fan of puzzles, classical music, and I have a Pitbull named Ozzy.

Hi, my name is Andy, I am the Installation Supervisor here at Marr’s Heating. My job is to manage all the installations on a given day to ensure all is going smoothly. I am a very detail oriented person with years as a former technician. Outside of work, you can find me taking my daughter to hockey practice in town if I am lucky or possibly driving to nearby cities for ice time. I love watching sports and still occasionally play Paintball.

Hi, I’m Vinko. As a second generation Sheetmetal man, grandson of a farmer and growing up a city kid, I feel at home amongst my Marr’s family. After owning a small HVAC business for over two decades, focusing on high end residential remodeling, I’ve brought that experience with me to help grow Marr’s. I’m enjoying fatherhood and the challenge of being an example of the person I want my young son to be as I join him on his journey to becoming a man.

Hi, my name is TJ, and I’m a long-time resident of Whatcom County. Before joining Marr’s, I spent six years working in the automotive industry. Outside of work, I enjoy trying new restaurants and breweries, playing video games, watching movies, gardening, and spending time outdoors. I’m also an avid car enthusiast and will gladly take a long scenic drive on any mountain road. My wife and I share our home with our two dogs, Charlie and Zoey.

Hi, my name is Kyle, I grew up in Lynden and still reside there today. I have been a team member at Marr’s since 2015. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and playing board games with friends. I like to collect antiques and going for walks with my wife and goofy dog Canelo.

Hi, my name is Caleb, I was born and raised in Bellingham. I really enjoy meeting and helping the community as well as the surrounding area of Whatcom and Skagit County. If I’m not working you can find me hiking, mountain biking, skiing or playing pickleball. Working at Marrs feels like working with family. We all learn from one another, help each other and keep positivity flowing throughout the workplace.

Hi, my name is Jaron, when I’m not at work you can find me fishing. I’m happily married, am a father to two beautiful daughters and enjoy spending time with my family when I’m not at work.

Hi, my name is Matt, and I am an avid fisherman, adequate husband and new father of one beautiful little girl. I’ve been with Marrs for almost 10 years and plan on being here for many more. I look forward to meeting you and addressing your HVAC needs.

Hi, my name is Joel, and I have been at Marr’s for 6 years. I enjoy hiking, woodworking, and farm life with my wife and 3 kids. I love that my job allows me to solve technical problems on electromechanical equipment.

Hi, my name is Michael. As a dedicated HVAC technician, I love that my job allows me to blend my technical expertise while also engaging with people in a meaningful way. Whether I’m fine-tuning a system ensuring my clients feel confident and comfortable in their homes. I take pride in delivering solutions that truly make a difference. When I am not working, you can often find me wood working as well as contributing to our local Woodworkers of Northwest group.

Hi, my name is Jordan, and I enjoy riding dirt bikes and fishing. I have a dog named Oak that loves to play tug of war. I’ve been in the HVAC industry for two years now and my favorite part is meeting our customers’ friendly pets.

Hi, my name is Kyle, I'm a Canadian living here in Whatcom County with my wife and 3 kids. I'm a former diesel tech and HVAC specialist for charter buses. I recently made the switch to residential HVAC. I'm an avid Seahawks fan, fantasy football enthusiast, and maintain multiple freshwater fishtanks.

I spend my weekends playing video games with the kids, building Legos, and hunting for wild mushrooms around Whatcom County.

Hi, my name is Dina, I’m a new resident of Whatcom County. Before joining Marr’s, I spent five years in the vacation ownership industry in Lake Tahoe. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, attending live music events, hiking and taking in the beautiful scenery Whatcom County has to offer.

Hi, my name is Brian, a lifelong Washingtonian. After departing the corporate video industry in Seattle, the next stop was Bellingham. After reestablishing my career in Bham, I thankfully found Marr’s. Outside of work I forage for mushrooms, climb peaks, backpack and splitboard to keep my body as youthful as my mind.
